Happy Birthday to me!
So I'm opening this baby, which is supposed to be drunk up by the end of the month!
It smells and drinks like muscat! I can softly taste the flavor of the wooden vat, but it's a beautiful sake all the same!
To be honest, it's so good that I regret opening it!
