All of the sake is now made from the traditional sake yeast. We will start with modern sake.
Gorgeous aroma of rice. The fruity acidity is not too sweet and it goes down smoothly at the end, so you can drink as much as you want!
I would like to try other Sengoku's sake.
Pairing: Sashimi, shrimp cutlet, potato salad
