アラサー酒呑童子
A glass of "Akanesasu," a brand that I regularly want to drink, at a kaku-uchi (corner bar).
It is clear in color and has a gorgeous ginjo aroma. In the mouth, it has a very gorgeous, fruity aroma like melon and pineapple, followed by sweetness and umami. It has a pleasant aftertaste and is easy to drink.
This is a modern sake that has a strong presence as the star of the show, as it is only served in first class on international flights.
