I recently purchased this sake at a brewery in Ibaraki.
It was my first time seeing and tasting this sake, but I had a good encounter with a light, dry sake of my liking, which I think is a result of the characteristics of No. 10 yeast and the raw water.
I tasted a honjozo and a daiginjo at the brewery, but this junmai is the one I buy for home.
It is a dry sake with a nice taste, and it is a perfect food sake.
