I received this dish from my father-in-law who went back to Yamaguchi.
The entrée included seafood from Yamaguchi, but most importantly, beef stew, which I spent four hours preparing.
The aroma was caramel. Aroma of sweet rice.
Spicy from the first mouthful.
The middle taste is deliciously spicy.
The aftertaste is also spicy and has a good sharpness.
A classic sake that is easy to drink. You can drink it smoothly as a food sake (lol).
It goes well with Shinshu miso cheese.
