bonchi
Transparent with a slight yellowish tinge. Slightly nose-piercing ginjo aroma reminiscent of lychee. The aroma is moderately strong. The mouthfeel is light and refreshing with a hint of acidity. However, it soon develops a firm astringency and a cacao-like overtone, which quickly gives way to a rich, full-bodied mouthfeel. The umami flavor lingers on the palate for a slightly long time. It is both a fragrant and mellow sake.
