This time, depending on the period of sale, there are sakes brewed with Yamadanishiki and Aizan rice, but we received Aizan Junmai Sake!
The sweet and sour aroma, the crisp and fizzy taste, and the clear and transparent flavor that is typical of Kaze no Mori were delicious!
Rice polishing ratio: 60% (100% Aiyama rice used)
Alcohol content: 16%.
