As the label says, "full flavor" is the perfect word for this sake! By the end, I was able to taste the moderate sweetness that is unique to sake. It is easy to drink, but the dishes to pair it with are a matter of consideration. It would be better with light white sashimi than oily tuna. It also seems to be good with simmered turnips and cabbage, and nabe (one-pot dish), as it moderately drowns out the bitterness of vegetables.
