Sharaku is now hard to find. Last year, we visited a sake brewery in Aizu and a local sake shop. However, although the "Miyazumi" brand is sold, there are zero local sake shops that sell Sharaku. It may be a matter of timing.
The first impact was the fruity sweetness characteristic of Sharaku. The first impact is the fruity sweetness characteristic of Sharaku, followed by the umami of the rice and the lingering aftertaste. The dryness and bitterness are followed by a great deal of bitterness. The drinkability increases if you let it sit for a while after opening the bottle. After opening the bottle, the bitterness seems to be too strong.
This is the sake to be paired with a meal. Personally, I would like to pair it with kombu-marinated white fish.
