ことり
I received this as a souvenir from Fukushima.
It comes in a shoo slim bottle and is a single brew.
I was told that it was purchased at a station kiosk, but I have never traveled by train while enjoying local sake, so I longed to do so.
The taste was smooth and mild. It has a sweet aroma of rice cake and koji, and a slight flavor of apricot and plum. It is slightly sweet. As the temperature rises, the flavor and aroma spread 😌.
Rice used: Maimehime from Aizu
Alcohol content: 15%.
Rice polishing ratio: 50
Sake meter: -1
Acidity: 1.4
