Satisfaction: ★★★★☆
The last time I bought this wine was at Aizan, so I wanted to try Omachi and bought it at Yamazakiya in Eifukucho.
The aroma was sweet and fruity at the same time as the bottle was opened.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the gorgeous aroma and honey-like sweetness strongly.
The acidity and bitterness are not so strong, but the wild umami is very attractive.
It is delicious.
Even a sake novice can appreciate the taste, but the complex umami may divide the evaluation.
While the previous Aizan gave a sophisticated impression, this Fukuro-hari Omachi has a rough charm.
It has a bit of bitterness when used as a mealtime sake, but it is strong enough not to be defeated by food.
It is a welcome encounter, as it is limited to 150 bottles per year.
