パイナップル太郎
The refreshing taste of pear, slight effervescence, and rummy is accompanied by a strong sense of rice flavor and sweetness. The acidity is relatively firm but pleasant. The lingering aftertaste is fresh with a slight bitterness.
(Sake Brewer's comment)
This is the first time we have used Ginpu, but it is an easy-to-use grape variety, and we brewed it with an eye toward making it drinkable during the hot season, in keeping with its name, Crescent Moon in broad daylight. It has a light and smooth texture, with a hint of pear-like aroma. It has a slight sweetness and a slight astringent bitterness in the aftertaste. The sweetness masks the bitterness, and a sense of unity is created when the bottle is left to sit for a few days after opening.
