A fresh fruity ginjo aroma like a green apple.
When you put it in your mouth, the aroma which you felt from the Kamidatsuko spreads, and the aroma and flavor like raw rice also spreads.
When it is cold, it is smooth, and when the temperature rises, a little mellowness is added, and the aftertaste is crisp and does not interfere with the meal.
It is a sake that can be served with a meal or on its own without getting tired of drinking.
