A Happy New Year to you all.
So, for the first opening of the new year, we chose a local sake, Hououmita Akaban.
It's a time of year like this, when I don't get to drink with people as much as I used to, but I wanted to give thanks to my relatives who come to my house at times like this.
We had a beautiful origarami sake in a beadro glass.
The aroma was gentle and clear.
When I drank it, it had a refreshing image of passing through in the umami taste, and a good acidity mixed in, and it went through smoothly.
It's a beautiful sake.
The evaporation seems to be fast, and I felt like it happened very quickly when my head was feeling a little stiff.
