Pineapple type aroma. The aroma is a fruity pineapple type ginjo aroma. The mouthfeel is also fruity. It has a modern sweetness. When it touches the tongue, it has an umami taste. I could feel the acidity around the throat. Is this what is commonly referred to as sourness? The alcohol aftertaste is pleasant, as if the alcohol is quickly passing through the nose along with the sourness. I have the impression that this sake is very easy to drink and easy to recommend. It is different from dry sake and modern fruity sake, so there may be different tastes! It is delicious! I could understand why it is called "delicious! I am interested in other Daiginjo varieties as well...
