At first, it has a mild texture on the tongue, with sweetness prevailing over acidity.
Later on, the acidity comes in with a kick and the umami slowly tightens up.
It can be served with food, but in summer I prefer it on the rocks.
I was surprised to learn that Hakuro Taruzu, which I drank before, was more dry!
It is an elegant sake 🍶. ☺️

The acidity has become a little stronger.
The degree of mildness has loosened.
Personally, I like it better on the second day. ❣️
