Ibaraki Sake
Raifuku Stag Beetle
This is a collaboration product created by the president of Raifuku and YouTuber Tomi Mama, who both love stag beetles. The label features a large stag beetle.
The aroma is gorgeous, just like Raifuku. The sweetness of the sake comes and goes as soon as you drink it, followed by a refreshing sourness that disappears along with the delicious flavor of the rice.
The sweetness and freshness are like a summer sake. Wouldn't it be great to drink it at a campsite or BBQ?
Unfortunately, not many liquor stores in my hometown of Ibaraki carry Raifuku. However, Michi no Eki Chikusei and Mito Keisei Department Store have it, so if you can find it, be sure to try it.
