Today we went to the liquor store again to buy sake that the wife wants, and for dinner we had a hot pot 🍲.
I opened a bottle of DATESEVEN "Urakasumi style" which is now in stock and I had to drink some sake.
The aroma is fruity and sweet.
The umami and acidity spreading from the palate are well balanced and create a happy taste. ☺️
The lingering aftertaste is mild yet pleasant and refreshing, and the crispness is delicious 😋.
I think I personally prefer this DATESEVEN: ⭕️
I'm planning to attend another event next week, so I'll probably buy some alcohol, so I'll have to savor it and drink it too😅.
