I bought it last year and thought it was delicious, so I bought it again this year. The specs are undisclosed except for Junmai or higher, unfiltered, and raw sake.
It has a strong sweetness, acidity, and a slight gassy feeling on the tongue. The body is weak and the texture is smooth. The aftertaste is firm but does not linger long.
