Good evening! (^○^)
I just returned from Morioka.
Early in the morning, I passed by Lake Iwadoko, famous for wakasagi (smelt) fishing, but there was light snow on the road. (@_@)
Winter has finally arrived!
The mountain passes are gradually getting tougher and tougher!
Now, my brother gave me a blowfish delicacy, so I looked in the fridge to see if there was any sake left to go with it, but there was nothing but high-grade sake left. (^_^;)
No, it was not my intention, but I had stocked up on sake to drink with my sons when they came back home, and that excuse has been blocking the fridge for too long.
I buy Sakasui no Yoake with the intention of distributing it to people I know, so well, I only drink one bottle of this, but if I don't reduce the stock in the fridge, I am not allowed to buy the next bottle, so today I had no choice but to take out the brewer's kuheiji.
It says to drink it in a wine glass, so I did as it says, and it is really delicious!
This is Junmai Daiginjo!
My wife was delighted with the perfect balance.
My wife, who never refills her glass because it makes her fat, begged for one more glass! I haven't seen her beg for another glass for a long time (laugh).
It was very delicious!
Thank you very much!
