ポチャタロウ
The last sake I drank in Toyama was supposed to be yesterday, but I found some of the hard-to-find Hayashi on the menu at a restaurant I went to for lunch, and I couldn't resist having a drink. It seems that there are several types of Hayashi series depending on the type of rice. I drank the Gohyakumangoku, which had an apple-like aroma and was very well made. It was a very well-balanced sake, not too clean and not too rich. I'd love to compare the different varieties!
