The aroma is rich and sweet like muscat.
On the other hand, the taste is not strongly sweet, and although it is a moromi sake, it has a refreshing impression. There is a sense of alcohol.
The moromi portion is not very much, about 30% of the total, and if not mixed, the majority is supernatant.
The moromi portion has a slightly strong taste that is not bothersome, but has the texture of rice 🌾.
I tried it with soda water, which is also recommended, but it seems like a little bit of soda water would be a good idea 🤔 as too much soda water would take away the aroma.
