100% Yamada Nishiki produced in Sanda, Hyogo Prefecture. Unexpectedly, the mayor of some city said that "Sanda's rice tastes bad," but it seems that they have known each other since 1958, before Yamada-Nishiki became popular, when the agricultural cooperative (now JA Hyogo Rokko) sold Yamada-Nishiki to the Drunken Heart Yamane Honten. They had been using Omachi until then, but they started using Yamada Nishiki "in that case"! This is a PB product of JA Hyogo Rokko. Sanda City is located to the east of Miki City's Yoshikawa Town and Kato City, both of which are well-known for their special "A" districts. The rich, mellow sweetness that spreads to the palate. The spiciness keeps it from being too sweet. It is a sake that can be enjoyed in small sips for a long time.
