I bought it again this year, the third year in a row.
Grapefruit from the aroma, I'll take it.
The acidity is immediately greefruity, the sweetness is mild and overshadowed by the acidity, but wraps around the whole thing. It is even lighter than last year. Rather thin.
The aftertaste is grefrouge-like bitterness and a little bit of umami that shows its face. This bitterness is exquisite. But it's a bit more restrained than last year, which I guess is a trend.
It will be more delicious when the temperature is a little warmer.
