Kinryo純米吟醸 濃藍
パパゴン
Purchased at an event at Kintetsu Department Store at the end of March. It was a brand that was introduced as a recommendation in a book introducing Japanese sake, and was delicious at a low price ^ ^. I was excited to pour it into a glass, sit down, and enjoy it. The label on the back said it had a refreshing fruity aroma. When I poured it into the glass, I noticed the first aroma, a slight fruity aroma and a peculiar aroma at the end. I changed the glass to be sure, but there was no change, so I was sure it was sake with a peculiar aroma. The image of the sake is that it has a peculiar aroma, perhaps due to the difference in the rice used for sake. The peculiar aroma and the appearance of the bump just before the start of the drink made me think, "What the heck..." ^ ^: It's delicious, but a little subtle. Thank you very much.
