The seventh sake for crying out loud tonight is a light sake that goes down easy even when drunk. It is a low-polishing Kame-no-o with a 90% rice polishing ratio. It is a little low in alcohol content, at 14 degrees in the original bottle. It is easy to drink with its so-called sweet and sour taste.
It was served at Matsuura's before as the last sake. I think I drank a little too much today ❓😆.
