Masuizumiオーク樽熟成貴醸酒

The most recent kijo-zake I had was a gem that made me say, "I knew it! The most recent kijoshu I had were: Yuki no Bijin Nigori, Nanaken Sparkling Sora no Sai, Tasake kijoshu, Manjusen, and Hana Hato kijoshu 8-year storage.
Tasake is right in the middle of the list (still at a sake level of -26 and an acidity of 2.6). The richness and mellowness of the Manjusen and the freshness of the barrel aroma, I would like to combine them with all kinds of sweets. It also goes well with Toraya's yokan (sweet bean jelly). It is also great with Hattoushi's Yokan.
