It was a hot sake, but even if you drink it cold, it has a tangy, slightly sparkling flavor. I set the temperature to ❗️45 and heated it up. The gentle sweet aroma of the rice confirmed its deliciousness even before I drank it. The sweetness is balanced with a hint of sourness and bitterness. This quality for a little over 2,000 yen per bottle is too good to be true.
It's a must-have sake.
