［The fifth drink at Sake 47 Todofuken, I decided it was time to shift to asking for a pure drink and ordered this sake.
Hanayu Junmai Ginjo Dewa Sanzu.
It has a thin, soft ginjo aroma, a juicy, robust sweetness and umami, a slight bitterness on the tongue, and a mellow aftertaste.
The waiter introduced it as "this one is called Ura Jyushiyo" when he brought it to the table 🥰.
No wonder it has so many fans ✨
