October 26 was Doburoku Day. I doburoku from Sangenjaya, which I had a chance to drink two days ago. It's raw doburoku, with an open bottle warning! When I poured it out, it was squishy. As it is a doburoku, it had a sweetness as well as a bit of sourness. It's easy to drink and fun to drink. It was fun to drink, which is something only wakaze can offer.
