The label says it is dry, but the sweetness is present as well, as it is a Kudokibe, which is rumored to be sweet.
The fact that it was not overly sweet or spicy made it easier to feel the richness of the sake.
It was easy to take the next sip.
This time I drank it chilled, but next time I would like to drink it at room temperature.
I would like to try Kudokutei, which is not a dry sake.
