Aroma →If the aroma is very gorgeous 🫢, the aroma is so good that I was worried that the flavor might be too weak.
Taste →I guess it's still light 🫣I want the umami of the rice is not so good. The aroma is good, though. Next time I will try a ginjo type. I'm curious about Endo Shuzo's doburoku or nigori sake, which was shockingly good.
