This sake is probably only available at some liquor stores in Ueda City. This sake is made by the Tozawa Sake Rice Project in Sanada, Ueda City, and is a type of sake that I have never had before. I can't describe it well, but it is delicious.
The aroma is fresh, as is typical of nama-shu, but very restrained. The first sip is also very refreshing, like water, but the final umami flavor is present, making it very easy to drink and delicious.
The aroma is also very good, and it goes down very well!
