Yatagarasu Junmai Ginjo
At the usual excellent yakitori restaurant*.
This sake is from Nara. I think it is classified as a so-called "fresh sake".
It is dry but has a good sense of richness. It has a good aroma of rice.
It is delicious without much of a tangy taste.
It has a nice sharpness and goes very well with liver*.
The full-bodied taste may be due to the Kame-no-o.
