Finally, a Friday treat✨!
Today...when I was in Fukuoka the other day with my daughter, I was looking for some rare sake at a liquor store...I bought this sake 🍶 because there was only one bottle left and there were only a few ❗️ available at Sake no Wawa check-in ☑️
I will have a bottle of Tama Izumi for the first time 😋.
I did some research... this is Ohga Sake Brewery, Fukuoka's oldest sake brewery founded in 1673😳.
This is the first TAMA series to appear in the market 😁.
I haven't had the normal one to begin with, so I can't compare 😅.
The aroma is mild and you can taste the umami of the rice 😌.
As you take a sip, you can taste the beautiful flavor of Yamadanishiki, and the moderate bitterness and umami will keep your cup going 😁The spiciness and bitterness are relatively low and the sharpness is also good 👌I can hardly feel the piquancy of the raw sake 🤔.
In general, I have the impression that it's a food sake 🍶 that doesn't choose what to eat 🍶. ‼️
Well, how will it change tomorrow 😆.
Day 2!
It didn't change much, for better or worse 😅I guess it got a little more umami ❓🤔.
I still think this flavor would go well with meat dishes 👌
