It is sweet like a dessert wine. But it has the taste of rice and a refreshing aftertaste. It is unusually easy to drink. There is no smell of sake at all.
After you swallow it, it disappears as easily as water.
It is sweet and delicious. But the taste is clear and crisp. It is like honey. I didn't know that Koshihikari polished rice (90%) could make such a clear taste. Sake is mysterious.
As the day goes by, it becomes mellower and sweeter. When it gets to this point, it may not go well with meals. It's like a dessert. But it has the taste of rice.
I'm not sure if it's right to call it sake. That's the feeling.
