Last hiyaoroshi of the year🍁
There's not a lot of information available on the Hiyagen itself, so when Hiyaoroshi came out, I bought it right away!
An unrefined type of sake. When you open it, there's a faint banana-like aroma. The aroma itself is modest.
The mouthfeel is clear and clean like a Gunma Danrei sake. The quality of the sake is similar to "Akagisan".
The sweetness and acidity are gradually introduced, and towards the end the astringent and umami flavors are added, reminiscent of citrus fruits.
The throat is clean and full of Gunma feeling!
I can't wait to see what kind of Hiyaoroshi I can find next year....
Just when I was thinking that, the Black Friday set arrived! It's my first Tobiroki and it makes my heart dance🙌!
