The sake cup is a panda: !!!!
This is the place where we enjoyed the brewery tour.
It has a different taste from the ones we tasted. It has umami, but the acidity and sweetness are not so strong, so it is easy to match with meals.
It's a well-balanced wine that can be enjoyed on its own.

This is a limited edition sake for 2021 that was originally scheduled to be exhibited at the Niigata Sake no Jin. It is the 5th year sake from "Sasashu Challenge Brew", the challenge brew of Sasashu Shuzo. We brewed two different types of sake at the same time, "Honjozo" and "Junmai", using the same rice and the same milling ratio. It is a limited edition sake made from the brewer's desire to eliminate preconceptions and let you find the one you like.
