The last time I drank Chu-Ai, I had the impression that it had a strong alcoholic taste, so I was hesitant to buy a new sake, but I decided that I had to try a new sake.
I bought it, but it didn't fit in the fridge, so I opened the bottle immediately.
It was cloudy with little sedimentation and a slight haze.
It is a fresh, sweet and sour sake with no gasiness.
