ララの酒I drank it last year and it was delicious and memorable, so I bought a repeat this year. I am very thankful for this 😊 as nigori nama sake has become much less available at the end of March. I want to live up to the name "Kaiun". 😅
It goes in smoothly, with a solid umami and alcohol taste, and then comes the lactic acidity and acid bitterness of the ramune. It has more creaminess and roughness from the ori than it looks, and the overall flavor is rich and harmonizes beautifully. Delicious. 🐈️🐈️🐈️
