It is made with cosmos flower yeast.
Yellow and clear, it came in clear and crisp right after opening the bottle, and the dryness spread out ickily.
After a few days, a sweet and spicy aroma emerges.
The taste also emerged, and after a slight acidity, the taste of rice spread out, and a thick floral and spicy flavor appeared at the back of the throat, and a glimpse of sweet astringency appeared.
It is indeed a sake, but it has more character than I usually drink 😌.
