The initial aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity from the malted rice.
In the mouth, there is a refreshing acidity and juicy rice sweetness.
Compared to last year, it seems to be lighter.
Personally, I prefer last year's darker, full-bodied sweetness 🤔.
