It's been a long time since I've had this Amaneko. I felt a strong aftertaste of lactobacillus and wondered if it was like this.
After finishing it, I noticed an endorsement that said it would be finished after 3 years of storage 🥹.
I had a preconceived image of Shinsei as a sake for early drinking, so I quickly opened it. Too bad 😢.
