The first bite was very refreshing! The first sip is very crisp!
After that, it had just the right amount of sweetness and umami, and was not super dry! I didn't have the impression that it was super dry.
It was more of a gentle umami than a sharp taste.
I did not feel any alcohol taste, which I personally enjoyed!
On the second day, it seemed richer and mellower than on the day the bottle was opened!
