It was a fresh sake as it was a Thanksgiving gift for the 2022 harvest, but since I have already drunk about half of it, I feel that it has become more moist.
It is light, but you can feel the depth of sake later on. A bottle of Daiginjo for 3,520 yen is inexpensive.
The rice is Akihikari from Okayama. Polishing ratio 50%. The alcohol content is 16%. It is very good.
It is served with sashimi again today.
