Intuition: Sweetness < bitterness, astringency, gasiness, strong presence Impression: As I am in search of sweet and tasty, low-alcohol sake, it was not a good match for me (no repeat purchase). Special note: Because it is a collaboration with the popular sake brewer Shinmasa (Shinmasa Kyokai No. 6 yeast), which is difficult to obtain, we were limited to purchasing two bottles, and the purchase ended as soon as they were sold out.
