Intuition: Sweetness < bitterness, astringency, gasiness, strong presence
Impression: As I am in search of sweet and tasty, low-alcohol sake, it was not a good match for me (no repeat purchase).
Special note: Because it is a collaboration with the popular sake brewer Shinmasa (Shinmasa Kyokai No. 6 yeast), which is difficult to obtain, we were limited to purchasing two bottles, and the purchase ended as soon as they were sold out.
The medal on the bottle is reversible (Shinsei side and Kaze no Mori side).

Ingredients : Rice(domestic), Rice malt(domestic)
100% Akitsubo produced in Nara prefecture
■Polishing ratio 70%.
