UA Yukidaruma" is a sake inspired by "Yukidaruma," a popular winter-only sake produced by Senkin, which is rebranding itself based on the concept of "Edo-bouncing" in all aspects of rice cultivation, sake production, and regional development. Snowball" is characterized by a soft, slightly effervescent taste due to secondary fermentation in the bottle, and is an assemblage of several new types of sake made from a new concept of sake making using the traditional "sake brewing method" called "nama-hashiroshi".
