The ginjo aroma is clean and fruity. The sweetness comes first, then the spiciness, and then the umami and bitterness. It may be a bit new to me. The more it is taken out of the refrigerator and brought to room temperature, the more umami and gorgeous it becomes. It is best at about 15 degrees Celsius.
