I received this sake on a business trip to Toyama. It is a sake made by the Uozu Shuzo brewery in Uozu City. They say it cannot be called junmai-shu because they used rare rice called "Kame-no-o" even out of equal rice, but it was made only with rice. It was a delicious sake with a pleasant aroma and flavor of rice.
