The second most popular sake in Sakenowa Nagasaki Prefecture. A summer sake made by polishing Yamada Nishiki to 55%. It is an active light nigori with the nickname of Japanese style champagne. It has a refreshing, mellow, umami taste like an adult's melon soda with a full-bodied sense of swooshiness, and is suitable for sipping during the hot season.
